HealthLine - Physician Referral Service Membership

We would like to extend the opportunity to become a participating physician in Sarasota Memorial's HealthLine Physician Referral Service.  There is no charge to callers or physicians participating in this service.  Callers will be referred to a physician on a rotating, computer- assisted process and based on the caller's needs. 

Physicians must have fully approved medical staff privileges at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System to be participate in the physician referral service. HealthLine strives to establish the best possible relationship between patient and physician beginning with first point of contact. Physicians and office staff help us accomplish this by expediting appointments facilitated by HealthLine referrals an giving consideration to the urgency of the call.

To ensure that you receive appropriate referrals, it is imperative that the physician profile packet be filled out completely and accurately.  ► ►

Once the packet is received and processed by the HealthLine Physician Referral Specialist, you will be included in the referral service.

The HealthLine is open Monday-Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM -- major holidays excluded.
