The community stroke support group is designed to provide education, support and socialization for stroke survivors and their families. During part of the meeting a separate group is provided specifically for family members. Separating into groups provides a time for family members to talk with other families about their own challenges of providing care. Professional staff facilitate the session and provide education.

There is no charge and complimentary refreshments and valet parking provided.

Directions to Rooms 4A/B: From the hospital lobby take "B" elevators to the 4th floor. Follow the signs to Windows Cafeteria. Meeting room is located on right side of hallway just past the cafeteria entrance.
