Take I-75 to Exit 210 (formerly exit 39). At the bottom of exit ramp, turn right (West) onto Fruitville Road (RT. 780). Travel 4.9 miles to Washington Boulevard (Route 301 South)and turn left onto Washington Boulevard. Travel 1.4 miles south to Waldemere Street. Turn right onto Waldemere Street and travel one block. Upon passing the Cape Surgery Center on the right, make the first left turn to enter the Waldemere parking garage.
South of Sarasota traveling North
Take I-75 to Exit 207 (formerly Exit 38) Bee Ridge Road. Take exit ramp onto Bee Ridge Road and turn left (West). Travel 4.7 miles to Tamiami Trail (US 41). Turn right (North) onto Tamiami Trail and travel 1.34 miles to Waldemere Street and travel one block. Upon passing Cape Surgery Center on the right, make the first left turn to the Waldemere parking garage.
Directions: Take I75 to Exit 213 (formerly Exit 40), University Parkway.

Directions to Pick Up Patients Discharged from Sarasota Memorial
Before leaving the hospital,patients typically are taken to Discharge Services to receive instructions about their care.Discharge Services is located on the first
floor, around the corner from the “D”elevators and 1700 South Cafe.The office can be reached at 917-1990 (dial ext. 1990 from any hospital phone).
After visiting Discharge Services,patients will be taken to the Radiology entrance on Arlington Street to meet their ride.Drivers should plan to pick up
patients under the blue canopy on the north side of Arlington Street (See directions below.) A valet at the Radiology entrance will assist you.Thank you!
