Sarasota Memorial's Teen Volunteer Program

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System has special volunteer opportunities for teens, ages 14-18. Teens are assigned to the departments of Child Care, Discharge Services, Clinical Research, Gift Shop, as well as serving at the Waldemere service desk where they deliver flowers, mail and run errands for the nursing staff.

Teenage volunteer classes are held in the fall starting in October and in the summer starting in May. Applications are sent two weeks prior the start of the program.
