Epic Cutover – Legacy Application SupportSMH will sunset its current electronic health record (EHR), Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), on October 3, 2026, and transition to Epic. Please contact your Practice Manager to arrange access to EpicCare Link. Once the conversion is complete and your access is established, you will be able to access your patients' records through EpicCare Link. We are not processing any new remote access requests for SCM at this time. Effective at this time and moving forward, all requests related to SCM or any legacy application must be directed to the Call Center at 941-917-6107 or emailed to Clinical Systems Security at the address listed below.
